About Our IRS and Tax Professionals

Enrolled agents, Tax Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) all have practice rights regarding tax resolution. Each specialty requires significant schooling, as well as strict continuing education to maintain their skill set, and to keep current with ever changing tax laws for both individual and business tax. All three professionals are unrestricted in practicing tax resolution, meaning there are no restrictions as to which taxpayers they can represent, the types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.
